, better known as "El Loco César", is one of the most feared drug traffickers in Villa 31. And although he is imprisoned, he and his family continue to generate fear in the neighborhood.
In the last hours,
the Peruvian drug lord's wife was arrested
for a homicide as part of a
settling of accounts
.
To arrest her, three properties in the neighborhood that were awarded to El Loco César were raided.
In the operation, they found
six kilos of drugs
.
They also arrested one of the drug lord's sons.
The arrest

26th drug bunker closed in a year
in the neighborhood.
To understand the reasons, you have to go back to 2017.
The family of "El Loco César", a drug lord of the 31st neighborhood, sentenced to life imprisonment for murder, fell.
“In 2017, Antonio Alvarado was a
dealer
for the 'El Loco César' band who had accumulated
a large debt
and decided to go buy from another supplier.
They threatened him and he did not shrink.
But he also had a
relationship with the wife of another drug dealer
, a friend of the Peruvian capo, who was also in prison, ”

was shot to death

two hit men
on a motorcycle.

The investigation for the crime of Alvarado took
four years
and was directed by the National Criminal and Correctional Court No. 31, in charge of Judge Fabiana Palmaghini, who will investigate Margarita for the crime of homicide within the framework of an adjustment of accounts.

In the last hours, by order of the Justice, the City Police raided three homes in Villa 31. In addition to arresting Margarita and one of her sons from “El Loco César” - who was found drugs - they also kidnapped weapons,
four kilos of cocaine

According to police sources, it was during the raid on the house of the wife of "Loco César" on block 105 that the largest amount of drugs was found.
Also a bulletproof vest with City Police identification,

Later, in another raid on a house on block 4, a son of "Loco César" was arrested and three plants and four marijuana seedlings were kidnapped.
