The plastic art exhibition, hosted by the exhibition hall of the Arab Cultural Center in Al-Hasakah, included a number of various plastic artworks whose subjects are filled with Syrian women.

The exhibition organized by the Safsaf Al-Khabour Cultural Association in cooperation with the Directorate of Culture to celebrate the two days of the Mother and the Teacher contained 25 paintings by a number of artists in the province, through which they dealt with the great Syrian mother who raised, explained and participated in building society and presented her children in defense of the homeland in addition to images of her steadfastness and bearing the conditions of terrorist war On Syria.

Culture Director Abdul Rahman Al-Sayed explained to SANA's correspondent that this activity falls within the framework of the activities that the Directorate is implementing in partnership with a number of stakeholders during the current month to celebrate International Women's Day and Mother's Day, and to shed light on the Syrian mother, who recorded the most wonderful images of sacrifice, redemption and steadfastness.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association Ahmed Al-Hussein pointed out that the mother and the teacher are two noble personalities in our life and the implementation of the activity is a message of thanks and gratitude for their great role.

The artist Ahmed Al-Hammour, who participated in a number of paintings, mentioned that the exhibition in which every artist tried to portray the greatness of the mother through his brush and his art, the mother who raises generations and defends the homeland. As for the artist Abdul Rahman Al-Batura, he saw that the mother is the basis of existence and the first school in the life of her children. On rural women, pictures of the resilience of Syrian women, and highlighting their societal role.

On this occasion, a poetic meeting was held to celebrate Mother's Day and the Teacher, through which poets Yvette Tanu, Noura Khalif and Youssef Abdel Ahad recited poems in the love of the mother and the teacher and about the integration of their role in educating the generations, illuminating their paths with knowledge and hope, and instilling the values ​​of goodness, virtue and love of the homeland in their lives and the lofty and great message that they carry out.
