Boulder, Colorado Police Chief Maris Herold gave details about the shooting at a grocery store.
The attacker was identified as 21-year-old Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa.
“Police arrived at the scene in minutes and immediately entered the store and confronted the suspect.
There was an exchange of gunfire.
The suspect was shot and is now in stable condition, ”Herold said.
The attack left 10 people dead, including a police officer.
