A case for homicide in 2009 that was settled in a prosecutor's office in Lomas de Zamora and a
complaint
in the women's police station in September 2020 are the records of the only person arrested for the disappearance of Tehuel de la Torre, the young transgender man from 21 years of which nothing is known since March 11, according to police sources confirmed to
Clarín
.
The detainee, who
is 37 years old and refused to testify
before the prosecutor Karina Guyot, of the decentralized UFI of San Vicente, was arrested in the last hours in Dock Sud, in Núñez at 1100.
They captured him after the rumor reached the investigators that he was at his partner's house and they arrested him there:
he had shaved his head

Tehuel De la Torre, the 21-year-old trans man who disappeared on March 11 after attending a job interview.

Luis Alberto Ramos
, he was arrested for violation of article 142 bis.

The truth is that this
is not the first arrest
of Ramos: beyond the rumors that they had causes of violence and drugs, the truth is that the sources confirmed a homicide file although they did not clarify whether he was convicted.
According to the complaint from Tehuel's girlfriend, Ramos was the person he met on March 11 when the boy disappeared.
The antenna of his cell phone even positions him from
7.30 to 0.30
that day in the area where the suspect lives, in the Esperanza neighborhood of Alejandro Korn.
Although, when the police asked the suspect about the day he met Tehuel, he said that they saw each other around 4:30 p.m., that they
did not go to any event
and that each one went their own way.
Tehuel De la Torre disappeared on March 11.
