For about three quarters of an hour, the video of a questioning of a young girl in the district court of Ebersberg was shown on Tuesday.
The trial on the rape allegation before the juvenile lay judge had already been adjourned.
This time too there was no judgment.

A 21-year-old from the southern district of Ebersberg is accused.
Addressed by judge Markus Nikol after the film, he was taciturn.
At the first hearing, he said: “I can't imagine committing such an act.” The talk was about smooching.
According to the defendant, he was drunk.

This was also confirmed by the mother in yesterday's trial.
She had picked up her son in Grafing.
When he was in the car, he “dived away”.
When she got home, she followed him up to his room on the first floor, "so that he doesn't fall down the stairs".
And: "I can not imagine that he is lying." Her son would never do something that someone else does not want, according to the mother.
In contrast, however, are statements from the first hearing.
Witnesses said that the accused could become intrusive if he had drunk.
According to the prosecutor, the accused, who was wearing a polar bear costume, first tried to kiss the young woman in a devil costume, pushed his top up and took a picture of her breasts.
After that there should have been sexual acts.

Later, the girl is said to have met the defendant again outside.
The 15-year-old was afraid that he could publish the photo.
The rape followed.
To re-enact the possible act, the accused had to put on the polar bear costume again in the courtroom.
In the meantime, the court withdrew for a consultation with the public prosecutor and the lawyers.
It was then clear that the girl should testify in court despite the interview video that was already shown.
The next negotiation date is now set for mid-April.
