Will New York be filled with tourists again?

Dozens of major travel and airline companies in the United States have asked President Joe Biden to regulate the issue of foreign tourists entering the United States by May this year.
In an application signed by dozens of companies, they referred to the enormous damage caused to them, vaccines that are gaining momentum in many countries around the world and the possibility of opening the country to tourists safely without endangering the citizens of the country.
Applicants also referred to the possibility of entering the US vaccinated using a type of green passport. Currently, European citizens cannot enter the US as well as those coming from Brazil, China and South Africa - countries from which many tourists come to the US on weekdays.
Currently, Israelis can enter the United States and in most countries there is also no need for isolation.
In the United States, the Israeli green passport is not yet recognized, and there are countries that require isolation upon entry, including New York.
Anyone arriving in the United States is required to present a negative corona test result from the 72 hours prior to arrival in the country.
However, on a domestic flight out of the United States, there is no need for isolation for those arriving in New York.
The morbidity situation in the United States has improved very significantly in recent weeks.
In the last week, the number has stabilized at around 50,000 new verified people every day.
In January, the number was already about 300,000 verified per day.
To date, more than 130 million vaccines have been given, and nearly 90 million Americans have been vaccinated with at least one dose.
