Christian Hacker (29) from Schongau is looking for great love and is now trying his luck on the RTL2 show "Love Island".

He can be seen there from Wednesday.

Schongau - All good things come in threes - maybe this saying also applies to Chris Hacker.

In his search for great love, the Schongau project manager has already participated in the television program “Take me out” and “Cora's House of Love”.

Unfortunately, it didn't work out - now he's trying his luck on Love Island: From Wednesday, Chris can be seen on the RTL2 show "Love Island".

Why now "Love Island"?

It's just a new adventure, I'm always up for it.

I always had “Love Island” on my screen, I really celebrate this show, I always watched it myself and wanted to give it a try when I got the chance.

What do you expect from participating?

At first I don't expect anything and just let it come to me.

Of course, I hope that I will finally meet a nice lady - that would be nice (laughs).

You have also been looking for great love in other TV formats - why could it work on “Love Island”?

The show suits me better, the people are younger and like me.

I just fit in better there.

I hope it will work.

And if not, then that's the way it should be.

Do you plan to take part in another dome show?

No.

“Love Island” is my favorite, so I really wanted to take part.

I don't really want to go to another dome show.

You are joining the current season relatively late - the other participants have been living together for a long time.

Is that a disadvantage?

For me personally, I actually see it more as an advantage.

If I can convince a woman of myself so late, we could really work out that we remain a couple.

You described living with the candidates at "Cora's House of Love" as quite stressful.

It couldn't be more relaxed now, right?

The difference is that at that time I only lived with men who just wanted to attract all the attention.

That got on my mind.

Now there are a lot of girls too, so I don't think it will be as stressful.

At least I don't see it as stress.

But of course it is an extreme situation.

Then what will be the greatest challenge for you?

As a latecomer, I'm definitely not the boys' favorite when I move in.

That I still arrive in the group will probably be the greatest challenge.

But I'm especially looking forward to a cool time and getting to know people

.

The aim of the program is to find (a) partner and also to get closer.

Do you forget the cameras in such private moments?

You don't forget the cameras right away, but at some point you just don't care.

From day two or three you live with the others and you don't care about the cameras anymore.

Love Island - This is how the show works

Hot flirts and true love is the motto of "Love Island".

Trash TV at its best, the concept is explained very quickly: A

group of adventurous singles

lives together in a villa on Tenerife.

And should better find a partner there quickly - because

if you stay alone, you face the risk of being kicked out.

But the couples don't have to stay together - there are always new elections and new "couples" are formed.

In addition, new singles (so-called “grenades”) are constantly moving into the villa.

So much fuel for jealousy and emotional chaos

.

Dates and exciting tasks ensure that the singles get closer.

"Love Island" can be seen Mondays to Fridays and Sundays at

10:15 pm on RTL2.

All episodes of the current fifth season are also available on the

Internet at TVNow
