The new crown pneumonia epidemic in Hong Kong has been repeated, with 10 new confirmed cases on Wednesday (24th).
The Centre for Health Protection announced the patient’s whereabouts and address at night. According to the patient's whereabouts update, the 55-year-old man had been to Wong Tai Sin Yu on March 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 respectively.
There are eight housing estates including Block 6, Harbourfront, Block 2, Azure Bay, Tseung Kwan O, and Block 2B, Shangyuan, Tuen Mun.
The Center for Health Protection has a list of residential buildings where the confirmed case has lived on Wednesday. The new case on Wednesday of unknown origin is a 55-year-old delivery man (#11420) who lives in Block 6, Tsui Yeung Court, Phase 3, Whampoa Garden, Hung Hom.
In the case of epidemiologically related local cases, a 56-year-old confirmed woman (#11419) lives in Block 7 of Fu King Garden, Chai Wan. She became ill on March 17.
Since the two buildings mentioned above have lived in newly confirmed cases, they were included in the compulsory testing announcement on Wednesday.
According to the Police Force, a 33-year-old male police officer (#11417) stationed in the Criminal Division of West Kowloon Region was infected with the virus.
According to updated information from the Centre for Health Protection, the male police officer is asymptomatic and lives in Pingren House, Pingtian Village, Lam Tin. The building has been included in the mandatory testing announcement earlier.
The URSUS Fitness group also added another confirmed case on Wednesday. It was a 52-year-old woman (#11411) who was a close contact of a confirmed customer of URSUS Fitness. She was sent to the hospital from the quarantine center and was asymptomatic.
Regarding the whereabouts of the confirmed person, the 55-year-old man deliveryman with unknown origin was working in Wo Fung Industrial Centre, Kwai Tsing.
He has been to eight housing estates, including San Po Kong Yu on March 16.
