The Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, renewed his demand for the departure of mercenaries and foreign forces from Libya, expressing in a report to the UN Security Council his "deep concern" about their continued presence there.
Agence France-Presse reported that Guterres expressed in his report his regret that “no reduction in the number of foreign forces or their activities has been reported in central Libya,” adding, “I reiterate my call to all national, regional and international actors to respect the provisions of the ceasefire agreement in order to ensure its implementation. "Completely without delay, and this includes full and unconditional compliance with the arms embargo imposed by the United Nations."
Media reports documented that the Turkish regime led by Recep Tayyip Erdogan had transferred thousands of terrorist mercenaries from northern Syria to Libya accompanied by Turkish soldiers to intervene in the affairs of this country and enhance its expansion plans and ambitions by supporting terrorism.
