The Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection organized 65 rationing controls against a number of violating commercial activities in the governorate’s markets and bakeries.
Samer Al-Sousi, Director of Domestic Trade and Consumer Protection, said in a statement to SANA's correspondent today that the seizure that was organized yesterday included a decrease in the weight of a bundle of bread in a bakery, a lack of compliance with the working hours in another bakery, the sale of home gas at an excessive price, and the sale of food bread without a bag in bakeries in the regions of Saqoubin and Dweir far and Dalia. .
Al-Sousi pointed out that the seizure also included charging excess wages, not announcing wages for service allowances to Sarafis, failure to announce prices in the markets of Al-Annaba, Sheikh Daher, Al-Sulaibah and Al-Raml, possession of expired materials, and seizing food and non-food samples.
