With María Eugenia Vidal undefined if she will be a candidate this year, in Together for Change the

movements and regrouping in the Province

accelerated

in the

face of the struggle for the definition of the lists, a bid between several sectors for limited places.

In these days a new space will appear in that territory to position itself in that dispute:

Patricia Bullrich gets into the district

with the purpose of intervening between the PRO mayors and the group of leaders referenced in the former governor.

He will do it with another

Bullrich, Esteban

, the senator who defeated Cristina Kirchner in 2017.

They are preparing for April an act of presentation with legislators, councilors and leaders of Buenos Aires, and this Thursday they will make a preliminary step in La Plata.

The former Minister of Security in turn

approached Jorge Macri

, one of the communal leaders who are members of the Dorrego Group, which brings together mayors.

They were shown in Vicente López and both the head of the PRO and the former president let it be known that

"they are in talks"

to reach an agreement, with the endorsement of Mauricio Macri.

One of the objectives they share is to

function as a counterweight

to the assembly of Horacio Rodríguez Larreta -rival of the head of the PRO in the City- and to the advance of Diego Santilli in the Province.

Bullrich had been to Formosa, El Calafate and Chubut, and he presented it as "the way of the fiefdoms" of Peronism.

Now he decided that it was the turn of Buenos Aires, before the definition by the candidacies.

Her core of collaborators does not rule out the prospect of a possible presidential candidacy, although she does not admit it publicly.

"You don't have to bring 2023 to 2021," he

repeats as a slogan.

Esteban Bullrich had signed up in the race to succeed Axel Kicillof.

But in December he made the news for a health issue: he said he suffers from a nervous disorder that makes it difficult for him to speak.

Allies for 2021 and 2023?

The former Minister of Security will present

this Thursday

in La Plata her book

"War without quarter"

, also (if the weather permits) she will go to a factory, Berisso and Ensenada, and will close the day with a dinner with businessmen.

In part of the activities, she will be accompanied by Hernán Lombardi, Gerardo Milman and Florencia Arietto,

three

other

anti-K "hawks" who will seek to be on the ballot

of deputies.

Arietto could also be a candidate in the City - she is domiciled there and was born in Salto - in case there is no agreement with Rodríguez Larreta and the competition in the primaries takes place.

Patricia Bullrich accelerated the positioning in the main district of the country after the presentation of La Territorial, a group referenced in Rodríguez Larreta y Vidal.

For Bullrich's space it worked as a sign of the former governor's inclination not to be a candidate this year.

"Ours is a

third position, closer to the Dorrego group

," said a leader of his sector in relation to the mayors, who since last year articulated to have interference in the candidacies for the next legislatures and the governor's office in 2023.

The president of PRO has already shown herself with Jorge Macri, today she will be with Julio Garro and at the end of the month with Diego Valenzuela on Tres de Febrero.

It started at the Central Market of La Matanza and will continue with cities in the interior of Buenos Aires such as Olavarría and Tandil.

It will be one

more component in the internal turmoil

of Together for Change.

"Without the mayors it does not have a territorial anchor

,

"

were pointed out by referents of the party itself in the province.

These are the sectors in dispute:

Vidalism

The former governor will not define until May or June if she will be a candidate this year and in that case in which district (she does not rule out a return to the City).

Rodríguez Larreta pushes her for the Buenos Aires ballot, because it would precisely

"order" in part the bids

between the different sectors.

Meanwhile, former mayors and candidates such as Martiniano Molina, Lucas Delfino and Alejandro Finocchiario and leaders such as Alex Campbell launched

La Territorial

, referenced in Vidal and in the Buenos Aires head of government.

They announced that for governor they will support "the one who is better", although the members of that sector work mainly with Cristian Ritondo -very close to Vidal- and Santilli, with tours in the Province with an eye on 2023.

The Dorrego Group

It started with Jorge Macri (Vicente López), Néstor Grindetti (Lanús), Garro (La Plata) and Valenzuela (Tres de Febrero), and then other mayors such as Guillermo Montenegro (Mar del Plata), Héctor Gay (Bahía Blanca), Javier joined. Martínez (Parchment) and Ezequiel Galli (Olavarría).

"We are working to make it clear that the project of the PRO and Together for Change is being built

from the Province, without impositions from outside,

" they stated as a slogan.

Jorge Macri is already running as a candidate for governor and both Grindetti and Garro, without saying it openly, are also scoring in that race.

The communal head of Vicente López does not rule out running for deputy this year.

Next week they will hold

a meeting with Mauricio Macri.

Radicalism

The partisan ruling party prevailed in the internal elections with Maximiliano Abad, supported by a good part of the national referents.

That sector will bet on a

candidacy of Facundo Manes

, if it confirms its decision to get involved in politics, both this year and for 2023.

The defeat of Gustavo Posse weakened their aspirations to the governorship, although from that space they considered the result as "a technical tie" and announced that the

"tiebreaker"

will be with a competition in the primaries this year.

The Civic Coalition

Elisa Carrió assured that she will be a candidate in the Province this electoral turn and also that she

"is willing"

to run for governor within two years.

Nearby they interpreted it as a movement

not to "leave the representation"

of Together for Change in the main district of the country to leaders of Peronist origin, a warning addressed to Emilio Monzó but also to others as referents such as Ritondo and Santilli.

Both in the PRO and in the radicalism they dismissed the possibility of confirming his candidacy.

The Peronist leg

Miguel Pichetto and Joaquín De La Torre launched

Republican Peronism

in an act in San Miguel

, with Claudia Rucci and a group of mayors such as Hernán Bertellys (Azul), Guillermo Britos (Chivilcoy) and Manuel Passaglia (San Nicolás).

They launched strong criticism of Kirchnerism and conditioned the integration of Together for Change to

"generosity" in the distribution of places

on the lists.

De la Torre will seek to be a candidate this year, with an eye toward 2023.

Emilio Monzó

The former head of the Chamber of Deputies announced that he will

compete in the next primaries

, also with the aim of fighting for the governorship in 2023. He will do so for the Dialogue Party, in principle within Juntos por el Cambio.

Monzó was reunited with Vidal after the fight at the close of 2019 lists, and remains close to Rodríguez Larreta.

In the Buenos Aires Legislature its legislators put together an interblock with those who respond to Gustavo Posse.
