The gymnastics and fitness department at VfL Egenburg has come up with a remedy for the lockdown blues.
And there is still something to be won.
Pfaffenhofen - The corona measures will now be tightened over Easter, easing is not in sight for the time being.
One remedy against the lockdown blues is, for example, the "movement online challenge" of the gymnastics and fitness department of VfL Egenburg headed by Carolin Heiss.
Because it is well known that happiness hormones are released during exercise.
And in the case of the challenge, the participants can even win something.
The athletes can compete against each other in four categories: walking / walking / hiking / walking, running / inline skating, cycling and cardio fitness / dancing / taekwondo / table tennis / yoga, stomach, legs and buttocks and many other indoor sports.
The challenge starts next Saturday, March 27th and ends on Sunday, April 11th.
The kilometers or the hours are recorded - depending on the category.
So all sporting activities.
If you want to be there, you can register by e-mail to Bewegungsungs-challenge@vfl-egenburg.de.
Further information is also available at Bewegungschallengevflegenburg.jimdofree.com
Anyone who wants to can take part.
There is no need to be a member of VfL Egenburg.
When children go for a walk or ride a bike with their parents, the time of dad or mom counts for the child too.
Please indicate this when registering.
The two best from each category can win nice prizes such as meal vouchers for the Glonntal Stub'n or shopping vouchers for the Sport-Arena Friedberg.
