The teacher, whose trial opened on Wednesday, disputes from the first day the facts which would have concerned nineteen pupils of small section between September 2015 and November 2016 in a nursery school in Cornier, a small town of 1,200 inhabitants located outside far from the Swiss border.
He had been taken into police custody after a parent's complaint, then indicted and placed under judicial supervision in November 2016. During his first trial in Bonneville, he was released for lack of "
evidence to take away the conviction of the court
”, which had noted“
dysfunctions in the interrogations
”of the children heard.
Before the Chambéry Court of Appeal, “

”, 53, suspended since the start of the case, still claims his innocence.

Massages at school

", regrets the investigator.
Only expert-psychiatrist heard, Luis Alvarez, close to the association Innocence in danger as a civil party to the trial, examined three of the children concerned, long after the facts.
He claims to have "
rarely seen children with such complete post-traumatic stress disorder
."
In response, the defense qualifies him as an “
arsonist firefighter

During the first trial in Bonneville, the prosecution requested a five-year prison sentence, three of which were suspended.
Thursday, the general prosecutor's office called for the same sentence.
