About two weeks ago, Iran's official shipping company reported that its cargo ship had been attacked in the Mediterranean while on its way to Europe.
The company said in a statement that the vessel had been hit by cargo and that Tehran would work to find those responsible.
The ship, Shahr E Kord, was on its way to one of the European countries when it was attacked.
According to the announcement, minor damage was done to the sides of the ship and equipment, and there were no casualties.
Already yesterday, a telegram was published in a telegram close to the Iranian navy that allegedly showed a fire on board the vessel.
According to the publication, the ship was attacked with missiles.
Two weeks earlier, the ship Helios Ray, owned by Israeli businessman Rami Unger, had been attacked in the Persian Gulf.
The ship was damaged but there were no casualties.
