A hill fire broke out on the Peak of Castle Peak in Tuen Mun at 4 pm yesterday (24th). The raging fire lasted for more than 24 hours. It has not been put out at 7 pm so far (25th).
The fire department said at about 4 pm today that there are two fire lines about 200 meters long. The Government Flying Service has sent a helicopter to the scene to help and threw water bombs at the fire location. No injuries have been reported until 11 pm At that time, there were still two fire lines of 300 meters and 50 meters in length near the New Territories West Landfill and Lung Kwu Tan, and firefighters were still fighting at the scene.
At 5 o'clock in the afternoon, two other fire lines of about 200 meters long appeared in Tuen Mun near Pineapple Hill. Some netizens were able to shoot the bushfires still raging at night, and the smoke was raging in the air.
After nightfall, the fire dragon still stretches across the green hills, and thick smoke rolls through the air.

The green hill, known as one of the "Three Tips of Hong Kong", is 583 meters high. The western part of the green hill is called the hinterland of the green hill.
