The Ciel Hotel, currently under construction in the heart of Dubai's marina, was designed by the award-winning NORR firm of architects.

The hotel, which will contain 1,209 luxury suites, will rise to a height of 365 meters, making it the tallest hotel in the world.

Since the signing of the Avraham Agreements in August 2020, the interest of Israelis seeking investment opportunities in Dubai has soared.

Being the largest financial, commercial and tourist destination in the Persian Gulf, Dubai has gained a reputation as one of the region's most stable business centers, with impressive growth rates, thanks to an open and diverse economy that encourages international investment.

The Ciel Hotel will feature modernly designed interiors and an amazing glass observation deck, allowing you to view the spectacular views of the marina, Palm Jumeira and the Persian Gulf in 360 degrees.

According to the developers, the hotel will be a refreshing addition to the skyline of the marina in Dubai.

"Over the past 15 years, the group has managed to build 18 buildings, including some of the most well-known buildings in Dubai," said TFG CEO Rob Burns. "The Ciel Hotel opens up an ideal opportunity for Israeli investors.

We are very excited about the groundbreaking agreement between the United Arab Emirates and Israel, and look forward to hosting Israeli investors and presenting them with the international projects we are developing. "

MGroup's VP of Business Development, Dotan Nineveh: "Like investors from dozens of countries around the world, Israelis will quickly learn that Dubai's hotel market presents a secure investment option with a consistent and affordable return."
