New residential buildings are to be built on the outskirts of Pastetten in the direction of Zeilern.
At its meeting, the municipal council gave the go-ahead for the construction planning in the “Zeilerner Straße Ost” area.
Pastettes - On a first draft of the planning association for the outer economic area of Munich, which was presented at the meeting, five semi-detached houses, each with a double garage and one apartment building with a garden, are sketched.
Almost 4600 square meters are available as building land.
According to the idea, the apartment building will have a collection point with carports and six visitor parking spaces are also planned.
A 5.50 meter wide street runs between two rows of three houses each.
The plots are between 350 and 411 square meters per semi-detached house, the apartment building is 890 square meters in size.
A total of 16 residential units are to be built.
Mayor Peter Deischl made it clear in the municipal council meeting that the sketch shown was so far only a first suggestion so that the committee could even make a decision on how to set up a development plan.
Finally, everyone involved gave their consent.
Subsequently, the municipal councils also voted unanimously to commission the Office for Digitization, Broadband and Surveying Erding (ADBV Erding) to carry out what is known as a reallocation.
The ownership structure of individual pieces of land will be rearranged in order to create an entire area that can be built on.
In return, the owners get other comparable properties that have at least the same market value and a similar location as their previous area.
