The Centre for Health Protection announced that at least two buildings were included in the mandatory inspection list today, namely Lee Yin Building in Causeway Bay and Fu Shou Building in Tai Wo Hau Village.
Lee Yin Building in Causeway Bay involved a case of unknown origin. The patient was a 38-year-old Japanese lady who worked as a flight attendant. She has been living in Hong Kong since November last year. She developed symptoms on March 18 and tested positive on March 24.
During the infectious period and incubation period, she went to the GO 24 fitness center of Wofoo Center in North Point, where she mainly participated in Pilates classes, yoga and fitness equipment. During the period, she wore a mask.
The unit that the confirmed case lives in is a subdivided room, and there are about 9 to 10 subdivided rooms in the same unit, of which about 6 residents need to be quarantined.
Fu Shou House, Tai Wo Kou Village, involved a confirmed case related to a local case, who had been sent to the quarantine center earlier, and the sample was positive on the 12th day.
