However, his state of health remains extremely worrying.
During a press conference in early March, the public prosecutor had indicated that Christian Lantenois suffered from a very severe head trauma, a fracture of the rock, a subdural hematoma and a cerebral hemorrhage.
Following this attack, a 21-year-old Algerian, Anes Saïd K., was indicted for
“aggravated attempted murder”
and placed in pre-trial detention.
This multiple repeat offender, who was in an irregular situation, faces life imprisonment.
