It did not take long for the measures announced on Friday March 26 by Jean-Michel Blanquer, providing for the closure of classes in the first case of Covid-19 identified, to come into force.
In the 19 departments concerned by the "
reinforced braking measures
", several parents were informed by SMS this weekend that their child's class could be closed as early as Monday if a case of Covid was declared from Saturday March 27, indicates France Bleu.
Information confirmed to the latter by the Ministry of National Education.
They are therefore invited to contact the school director to find out about the school's epidemic situation.

Taken aback, many parents expressed their dissatisfaction on social networks.
The SNES-FSU, the majority union of middle and high school teachers, called on Twitter not to respect these hasty class closings.
A new protocol reinforced but considered insufficient by the union which denounces "
an exercise of self-satisfaction and denial of reality on the basis of incomplete figures
" and calls for more radical measures to be taken.
In recent days, the school has been singled out by many epidemiologists and politicians denouncing a sharp increase in the incidence rate among 0-14 year olds.
Indeed, according to Public Health France, the incidence rate increased by 31% from March 15 to 21 compared to the previous week.
A situation that prompted Valérie Pécresse, president of the Île-de-France region, to ask to extend the Easter holidays, which would result in the closure of schools for four weeks.
