Blue and white chairman Bnei Gantz this evening (Sunday) canceled the cabinet meeting scheduled for tomorrow following disagreements with the Likud regarding the permanent appointment of a justice minister. Gantz's spokesman said that The Likud attacked in response.

At the cabinet meeting, they were supposed to discuss a special budget to deal with the corona of NIS 6.7 billion, of which NIS 3.5 billion for the purchase of additional vaccines and the rest of the budget for other Ministry of Health needs. The government has been asked to sign confidentiality agreements regarding the details of the vaccine agreements, but blue-and-white officials have in recent days expressed bewilderment at the need for an additional extra-budgetary "box" to purchase vaccines and the quantities planned for purchase under the proposal.

The Likud claimed that the move could lead to the cancellation of vaccine shipments.
