The Allershausen town hall urgently needs a fire protection concept.
Smoke alarms could be installed in advance, but that has now been postponed.

Because some fire protection requirements are not sufficiently met.
Fire protection officer Andreas Stangneth has now discovered this during an inspection.
Now a fire protection concept is to be worked out, which is why the suggestion to install a smoke alarm system in advance was postponed in the municipal council.
"We are relatively poorly positioned," said Mayor Martin Vaas, describing the fire protection situation in the town hall in the local council.
An example: There is no second escape route for the large conference room under the top floor.
Therefore, a fire protection concept should be drawn up that contains a schedule for the necessary measures.
It is already clear to Vaas: "There is still a lot to come."
Only one offer would have been considered
Independently of this, a house alarm system could already have been installed now, which would definitely have fitted into the later fire protection concept.
The administration had obtained three offers, two of which, however, only offered ten - and thus far too few - smoke detectors.
Only the offer from the company Huber lock technology from Freising, whose radio fire alarm system included 35 smoke detectors at a total price of 10,600 euros, would have come into question.
In addition, it could easily have been supplemented and expanded in the event of further requirements for the fire protection concept.
But it didn't get that far: Josef Lerchl (SPD) was the first councilor to question whether it made sense to implement the first measures before developing a concept.
Peter Colombo (PFW) also pleaded that the smoke detectors should not be purchased in the meantime, but that the results of the fire protection concept should first be awaited.
The postponement of the agenda item was then decided unanimously.
