Above all, it is a way for ex-EDS deputies to take more part in the debate, while their “non-registered” status grants them limited speaking time in the hemicycle.
The former Walker Matthieu Orphelin, the president of Génération Écologie Delphine Batho, the former candidate for municipal elections in Paris Cédric Villani ... all will thus "comment" and "analyze" the discussions which are to last three weeks.
