The situation in the pandemic remains tense.

In the Fürstenfeldbruck district, the incidence value is slowly rising towards 100.

  • The corona virus has far-reaching effects on the people in the Fürstenfeldbruck district.

  • All information about the corona crisis in the FFB district until February 15 can be found in our fifth corona ticker

  • Our brand new FFB newsletter informs you regularly about all important stories from the region - including all news about the Corona crisis.

Update March 29th:

The seven-day incidence now also exceeds the 100 mark in the Fürstenfeldbruck district.

According to local calculations, the value is 108.18, the Rki gives it 108.1.

Overall, the trend is clearly upwards, said a spokesman for the district office.

.

There is currently no special cluster.

In the past few days there have been cases from kindergartens and schools.

The health department has found that more and more young people are infected.

In view of the numbers, the district office could not avoid extending the mask requirement in public places in Fürstenfeldbruck again, said the spokesman.

The general ordinance for asylum accommodation is also being extended.

Both regulations would have expired on Monday and are now valid until April 19.

After a longer break, people with Covid 19 have now died again.

There are three men aged 66, 65 and 78 years.

In the district clinic, eleven people are currently being treated for the virus, two of whom are ventilated.

The Red Cross reports 23,330 first and 11,744 second vaccinations.

The high incidence is also due to the 85 new cases that were reported over the weekend.

In Bruck, for example, a student who was already considered a contact person in the first category tested positive at the secondary school.

In Olching there are positive cases at the Esting elementary school (whole class in quarantine) and at the Olching elementary school.

A student was also infected in Gröbenzell at the Gröbenbach school.

There are also cases at five kindergartens with corresponding quarantine consequences.

In 37 of the new cases, there is reasonable suspicion of the British mutation

What happens now?

If the district was above 100 for three days in a row, then the measures of the current Bavarian Infection Protection Ordinance take effect.

The district does not have to order this itself, it just has to announce it.

That could probably be the case on Wednesday.

Then, among other things, there was a curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Only one household plus one person should meet.

Care for children under the age of 14 would only be allowed from a maximum of two households.

The retail trade would be closed, only collection by appointment would be possible (click on collect).

The gastro stays closed, as do the culture and leisure facilities.

Contact-free individual sport while observing the contact restrictions would be possible.

Update March 26th:

The health department reports 28 new infections.

In 14 of them there is a well-founded suspicion of the British mutant.

The seven-day incidence per 100,000 population calculated by the health department is now 86.36.

The incidence relevant for measures, which the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) calculates, is 87.1.

Among the new cases is a child at the West Middle School in Fürstenfeldbruck.

Quarantine measures are required here.

In addition, an external employee tested positive for Corona in each of two retirement homes.

18 people are considered to be Category 1 contact persons. 16 of them are already vaccinated.

13 people are currently being treated for Covid-19 in the clinic, four of whom have to be ventilated.

So far, 21,890 people in the district have received their first vaccination, 11,316 have already been vaccinated for the second time.

There are currently 330 people infected with the virus and 1,124 Category 1 contacts in quarantine.

Update March 25:

The health department reports 43 new infections.

The locally calculated seven-day incidence is 79.55 per 100,000 inhabitants.

The Rki indicates the value with 83.

There are positive cases at two schools: One pupil each was infected in the Gröbenzeller grammar school and in the Maisach secondary school.

Quarantine is necessary both times.

In addition, an employee in a nursing home tested positive.

There is reasonable suspicion of the British mutation in 19 of the new cases.

In the district clinic, twelve people are now being treated with Covid-19, four of whom are ventilated.

That is a certain increase, because recently the number of patients treated in the clinic was always in the single digits.

21,521 people received the first vaccination and 11,052 the second.

The corona test campaign

in the district is picking up speed.

On Tuesday evening, the long-awaited self-tests for schoolchildren in the district office and in the school office arrived.

According to a spokesman, a total of 113,400 tests were delivered.

10,800 pieces are intended for daycare centers, 48,600 for the schools for which the district is responsible.

The rest - 54,000 tests - go to the education authority, which distributes them to primary and secondary schools.

The delivery started on Wednesday.

Rapid tests are now also available in the two Corona test centers in Fürstenfeldbruck and Germering.

The district office points this out.

Those who test positive there, however, have to do a so-called PCR test immediately and then go to quarantine at home.

However, there is still a problem with the rapid tests in pharmacies.

But that is not due to the pharmacies themselves, says the Mammendorf pharmacist Thomas Benkert, who is also President of the Federal Chamber of Pharmacists.

Because the tests would have to be carried out in separate rooms.

Creative short-term solutions, such as a caravan or an empty shop next door, make bureaucracy impossible.

Such a facility must be registered as an independent test center.

Benkert's conclusion: “The political framework is still not right.” The city of Fürstenfeldbruck has meanwhile decided to buy air purifiers for schools.

In the fight against the corona virus, school children should be tested as often as possible.

Now the Bavarian Red Cross is training 53 teachers from primary and secondary schools in the district on how to proceed with the tests at the beginning of school.

The teachers should then pass on their knowledge to their colleagues as so-called multipliers, as a BRK spokeswoman explains.

After the Astrazeneca moratorium and the positive outcome of the test, the substance is inoculated again in Bruck.

New appointments were made on Thursday evening, explains the medical director of the vaccination center, Matthias Skrzypczak.

These were well received.

However, the doctor expected the vaccination candidates to have an increased need for education on Friday morning.

“We took that into account when making the appointments.” Skrzypczak was relieved that Astrazeneca is back in the game.

Due to the abrupt vaccination stop on Monday, around 800 doses were left behind.

This “traffic jam” will soon be cleared, according to Skrzypczak.

So far, around 6000 people in the district have been vaccinated with the Astrazeneca vaccine.

There was no feedback about complications.

In the course of the next week, around 200 non-mobile people are to be vaccinated at home - about bedridden people.

Skrzypczak assumes around 200 people are affected.

You will be vaccinated by general practitioners who work with the vaccination center.

However, there will be no loosening of the rules from Monday.

Rapid tests are currently offered in Olching / Geiselbullach, among others.

Most recently, the mask requirement was maintained with reference to the still high incidence.

In addition, more people can be expected again in the city.

Update March 4, 4:54 p.m.:

A fence was built around the asylum accommodation in Germering, where a particularly large number of cases have occurred.

So the quarantine should be better controlled.

The Germeringer police, the riot police and forces from the operational supplementary train were on site.

The mission also accompanied further series tests by the health department.

Update March 4, 3:37 p.m.:

There are a total of 19 new infections with the

corona virus

in the Fürstenfeldbruck district compared to the previous day.

According to the local health department, the incidence for the district is 69.09 (previous day: 68.64).

The Robert Koch Institute gave a value of 68.9 (previous day: 75.7).

This number is crucial for further measures in the fight against corona.

Seven Covid patients were treated in the district clinic on Thursday.

One of them needs ventilation.

In six infected people there is a well-founded suspicion of the so-called British virus mutation B 1.1.7.

So far, 13,940 people in the district have been vaccinated.

A total of 6,234 men and women have already received their second vaccination.

Update March 3:

Compared to the previous day, eight new infections were known.

Eight people are currently being treated for the virus in the district clinic, and one is being ventilated.

The BRK reports 13 519 first and 5937 second vaccinations.

In the meantime, teachers can now register specifically for the vaccination.

Information on the asylum cluster

One of the main reasons for the currently high seven-day incidence is the massive outbreak reported on March 1 in a Germeringer asylum home.

In the past few days, 85 positive cases had become known in serial tests.

All of them are probably the British virus variant.

Should the incidence rise above 100, there is a risk of further restrictions, especially in schools - even if the increase in incidence is due to a single cluster, as is now the case in the district.

However, negotiations with the Free State are currently underway in the background.

Closing schools just because of one or two asylum clusters is hardly communicable, according to the logic.

Outcome of the negotiations: Extremely uncertain.

However, these are theoretical considerations at the moment - the incidence is falling again.

Overall, the behavior of the refugees also contributed to the outbreak in the asylum home, said a spokeswoman for the district office when asked on Tuesday.

"Unfortunately, we have to find out again and again that hygiene concepts and disease-related regulations are not being observed by the residents." The mask requirement in the accommodations and in communal rooms as well as contact bans are not observed.

The fact that the (more aggressive) British mutant bypasses has probably contributed to his.

Corona in the Fürstenfeldbruck district: If the incidence rises above 100, new restrictions threaten

Update March 2:

Compared to the previous day, 17 more people were infected with the corona virus.

According to local calculations, the seven-day incidence for the district is now 72.73 per 100,000 inhabitants.

The Rki indicates the value as 73.0.

Nine people are being treated for the virus in the district clinic, and one person has to be ventilated.

13,010 people have now received their first vaccination, 5869 the second.

Currently 195 people in the district are known to be infected with the virus (see table).

Update from March 1:

The health department reported 90 new infections compared to Friday.

According to local calculations, the seven-day incidence for the district is 70.45 per 100,000 inhabitants - an immense increase.

The RkI gives the value as 57.

The new cases are related, among other things, to asylum accommodation in Germering.

After the last cases there, serial tests were carried out.

Result: positive results are available for 83 residents.

According to the district office, all of them have a justified suspicion of being infected with the so-called British mutant.

Asylum seekers home in Germering: 83 residents tested positive

The people who tested positive were moved to other facilities.

Some of the residents of the asylum accommodation in Germering were accommodated in the house of the district youth association, which is located between Fürstenfeldbruck and Biburg.

The house has been occupied with 21 infected people and five Category I contacts from the asylum accommodation in Germering since February 28.

It had previously been seized as an asylum quarantine.

Another positive case is also reported from a kindergarten.

There was already one infection here - a second is now being recorded.

The quarantine already imposed has been extended.

There is also one case at the Kerschensteiner Mittelschule in Germering.

A subclass must be in quarantine.

The vocational school is also affected again.

In addition to the named asylum seekers, eleven other victims are also likely to be infected with the British mutant.

Ten people are currently being treated for the virus in the district clinic, and one person is being ventilated.

12,613 people are now vaccinated first and 5644 second.

Fürstenfeldbruck: RKI data breach leads to values that are far too high

Update from February 26th:

The health department reports 18 new infections compared to the previous day.

The locally calculated seven-day incidence is now 48.18 per inhabitant.

The Rki gives the value with 47.7 after it had given a value twice as high on Friday morning due to a data breach, but later corrected it.

The newly infected is a student from the FOS / BOS who is attending the same grade level as the young people who were reported as infected on Thursday.

In addition, a new case is reported from the Richard Higgins primary school in Bruck.

Quarantine measures follow - just like in a kindergarten where a child tested positive.

According to the health department, there is a well-founded suspicion of mutants in seven other infected people - in six cases it is likely to be the British variant, in one the South African variant.

In the district clinic, ten people are currently being treated for Covid 19 disease, and one is ventilated.

11 118 people in the district have had the first vaccination, 5155 the second.

There are currently 114 people in the district known to be infected with the virus (see table with the numbers by location).

Regarding the situation in the vaccination center:

The vaccine Astrazeneca is now being injected in Fürstenfeldbruck, too, against which there are reservations among the population.

The need for advice is therefore increasing in the vaccination center.

But only around a handful of people have left without a vaccination, explains a spokeswoman for the Red Cross (BRK).

However, the BRK does not know how many people in priority group 2 under 65 years of age will cancel an offered vaccination appointment from the outset.

That runs on the software of the Free State.

In addition, no one can determine whether the skepticism against Astrazeneca or something else is the reason for the rejection of the online invitation.

Canceled appointments are automatically assigned to the next in the prioritization list.

The right number of people interested in this vaccine was always present at the Bruck vaccination center.

Also difficult or impossible to answer at the district level is the question of whether the

average age of those infected

and dead is falling because more and more seniors are vaccinated.

With the Sorbas software used by the health department, the average age of the infected cannot be filtered out, as reported by the district office.

A comparison of the ages at death is partially meaningful.

The 16 first corona deaths in spring 2020 died on average at 83.4 years, the 16 last deceased in February at 80.8 years.

There have always been outliers in younger age groups, it said.

Update February 25th:

The number of first vaccinations has passed the 10,000 mark.

10,487 people in the district received the first prick, 5,148 the second.

Nevertheless, nine people are currently being treated for the virus in the district clinic, two of whom are ventilated.

New positive cases are reported from the FOS / BOS in Bruck and from the Starzelbach School in Eichenau.

In the first case it is a student (quarantine measures are required in various courses), in the second it is an employee.

The number of infected people from the Eichenau building yard has meanwhile risen to four.

In addition, there is reasonable suspicion of mutants in four other infected people.

Two of them could be infected with the British variant, one with the so-called South African variant, and in the fourth case further is still unclear.

The health department reports a total of 18 new infections compared to the previous day.

The locally calculated seven-day incidence is now 45.91 per 100,000 population.

The Rki indicates the value as 42.4.

Update February 24:

The seven-day incidence in the county has risen again.

The district office reported a value of 40.0 on Wednesday, the RKI 39.2.

Compared to the previous day, 17 people were newly infected.

An employee tested positive in a retirement home.

In an asylum accommodation in Landsberied, one resident was positive.

With a total of four infected people, there is a well-founded suspicion of the so-called British variant B 1.1.7.

In the course of a series of tests in an asylum seekers' accommodation in Germering, 18 residents tested positive, 16 of which are suspected of having the British mutation B.1.1.7.

The infected people are being relocated and the residents of three floors are in quarantine.

In a homeless shelter in Groebenzell, one of two people who recently tested positive was also found to have the British virus variant.

Almost 30 people have to be quarantined in this context.

In addition, an employee at Grafrath primary school tested positive.

In addition, two teachers from two different daycare centers were infected.

In the district clinic in Fürstenfeldbruck, twelve people are currently being treated for the virus, three of whom are ventilated.

About the location in the vaccination center

Even on the day after the breakdown at the vaccination center, not everything went smoothly.

But there were other reasons as well.

People from the second group of the vaccination sequence were invited by mistake on Sunday.

This was due to a software error, as is now clearly clear.

"The Red Cross and we are innocent," said a spokeswoman for the district office on Monday.

It is unclear whether the error has now been resolved.

But that is ultimately a matter for the State Office for Health (LGL).

Regardless of this, people from vaccination category II have been officially immunized since Monday.

They are usually vaccinated with the Astra Zeneca vaccine.

The vaccination of over 80s continues in parallel.

Stage 2 means that the review and control process becomes more complex.

They responded by having a doctor present at the registration desk.

Because medical diagnoses have to be checked on site.

It is also important to prevent someone from obtaining a vaccination without authorization.

Therefore, and also for reasons of data protection, it may be necessary to provide duplicate information before the actual vaccination.

On Monday, everything went more slowly, said the spokeswoman.

In addition, there was a computer problem early in the morning.

But this had nothing to do with the breakdown of the previous day.

Update February 19:

Two more people died due to Covid-19 diseases.

An 86-year-old died in a clinic, a 77-year-old died at home in January (late registration).

Eight people are currently being treated for the virus in the district clinic, four of whom are ventilated.

Compared to the previous day, the health department reports 13 new infections.

The 7-day incidence for the FFB district is currently 26.36 per 100,000 inhabitants, according to calculations by the local health department.

The Rki indicates the value with 25.1.

Four of the new cases come from a senior citizen facility: Here two employees and two residents tested positive.

7720 people are now first vaccinated and 4638 second vaccinated.

Currently, 97 people in the district are known to be infected with the virus (see table for status by location).

Meanwhile, the district administrator has addressed the population with a video message.

He advocates another lockdown and asks for patience to keep the numbers low.

The locally calculated seven-day incidence per 100,000 population was 31.82.

As the authority reports, these are predominantly individual cases.
