After a 25-year-old male sexist met a 14-year-old boy on the Internet, he pretended to introduce a female netizen to him as bait. In fact, he played two roles as a female netizen and chatted with the boy on WhatsApp before seducing him. Make the boy pass nude photos, and the boy succumbs in fright.
The man later threatened the boy with his "real body" as a female netizen, and forced the boy to take off his clothes at a unit in Niuchiwan, and then masturbate for the boy. His behavior was heinous.
Police today (29th) arrested a 25-year-old man surnamed Kwong, suspected of committing indecency to children under the age of 16. The arrested man is currently being detained for investigation.
The police also found more than 100 child pornographic photos and 200 videos in the mobile phone of the arrested man.
Police seized a large number of exhibits from the arrested man's home, including pornography, mobile phones and computers.

Inspector Chung Meiqi of the Investigation Team 5 of the Criminal Division of the Shatin Police District explained the case that a 14-year-old boy met a 25-year-old man on Facebook in mid-December last year. The man claimed to introduce a female netizen to the boy. In fact, one person plays two roles, using the identity of a female netizen to induce the boy to pass nude photos.
On the 21st of last month, the "girl netizen" again threatened the boy with nude photos to meet with his "boyfriend". The 25-year-old man made up and directed the appointment, and threatened the boy in a public housing unit in Ngau Chi Wan. The boy took off his clothes, and the man even insulted the boy to masturbate for him. The boy's family later exposed the incident and asked the police for help the night before (27th).
After investigating and watching closed-circuit television, the police arrested a 25-year-old man surnamed Kwong at the above address at 7 am today (29th) in a public housing unit in Ngau Chi Wan. The arrested man is currently being detained for investigation. .
The police seized two mobile phones and computers at the scene, and found more than 100 child pornographic photos and 200 videos in the mobile phones.
The police also urge victims of similar cases who have not reported the crime to contact the police as soon as possible.
