This bill is part of a puzzle.
It is part of an overall government policy.
It is in addition to everything that has been committed since the start of the five-year term, such as the bonus or conversion premiums for the purchase of cleaner cars, the 30 billion of the stimulus plan, the closure of coal-fired power stations, etc.

To do this, we are going to strengthen another step forward in the law: the loan advance transfer, to finance what remains to be paid once the public aid has been received.
With this loan, households will only pay the interest on the loan, the total repayment will only occur during the resale.

It is estimated that the mission of this new “renovation guide” will cost on average 1,200 euros per accommodation, financed by the State for the most modest.
The recovery plan already provides 2 billion for the renovation of housing until 2022, and it will be necessary to look beyond and give visibility.

Today, regulations oblige you to indicate CO2 emissions per km on advertisements for cars.
It is hardly understandable.
So we want environmental labels to appear in every advertisement.
You will know if you are being sold a product that is bad for the environment.
This will apply first for advertisements for vehicles and appliances, and then I want it to be extended.
Our commitments cannot be reduced to the issue of banning advertising planes or advertising on fossil fuels.
Even though these symbols are important.
We are subject to advertising everywhere.
But we must be able to control it.
Will the law offer a daily vegetarian option in canteens?
You have to be simple and logical.
You have people who want to be able to have a balanced vegetarian menu for reasons we can hear: it's better for the environment and health.
These people must have a choice.
I am very attached to it.
And I do not want to oppose on this subject which brings together the French: when there are menus with meat, it must be of good quality, this allows to support our breeders who are committed to the environment.
There is too much imported meat.
