"I was traveling on Route 6 when I arrived at the entrance checkpoint to the tunnel, which was closed when at the same time I received a MDA-focused report of the accident," said MDA medic Ruslan Singerman.
"I went inside the new tunnel and saw the serious accident. The wounded were lying on the road with one of them unconscious, with no pulse and no breathing and the others conscious."
