Defendant Chow King Teng (57 years old, decorator), was charged with two counts of attempting to intentionally cause serious injury, alleging that he was in the lobby of the Sham Shui Po MTR Station on November 7, 2018, with the intent to make Police Constable Wong Ka Hung and policewoman Yuen Ka Ying physically severely injured.

The defendant argued that the policewoman shot unprovoked
