Vladimir Putin, Angela Merkel and Emmanuel Macron exchanged together Tuesday, March 30, on cooperation on anti-Covid vaccines, including Russian Sputnik V, on the situation of Alexey Navalny and on Libya, announced the Elysee.
During a video conference, they discussed possible vaccine cooperation, depending on the status of the review of the Sputnik V vaccine by the European Medicines Agency.

drew the attention of President Putin to the situation of (the Russian opponent) Alexeï Navalny and the need for his rights to be respected, in accordance with the European Convention on Human Rights, and that his health is preserved

Russia to make a determined commitment to stabilize the ceasefire in Ukraine

inclusive dialogue
" in Belarus.
On Libya, the French and German leaders hoped that, with Russia, they "put
all their weight to promote the transition process

They also called for continued cross-border assistance to the Syrian population.
Finally, they agreed to “
