The Ministry of Health identified an Israeli corona mutation: "There is no fear of harm to the effectiveness of the vaccine"
According to the ministry, 181 people have already been infected with the mutation, which is no more dangerous or contagious compared to its counterparts.

The Ministry of Health announced today (Tuesday) that it has found a corona mutation that has developed in Israel.
The mutation, named P681H, created a chain that caused 181 infections.
The ministry clarified that it is no more dangerous or contagious compared to other mutations of the virus, and even stressed that "there is no fear of harm to the effectiveness of the vaccine."
Earlier today, the Ministry of Health clarified that in Israel there is stock only for the current round of corona vaccines.
This, following the cancellation of the cabinet meeting this week in which the ministers were supposed to discuss a special budget to deal with the corona in the amount of NIS 6.7 billion, of which NIS 3.5 billion for the purchase of additional vaccines and the rest of the budget for other Ministry of Health needs.
Cabinet ministers have been asked to sign confidentiality agreements regarding the details of vaccine agreements, but officials in blue and white have in recent days expressed bewilderment at the need for an additional extra-budgetary "box" for vaccine purchases and the quantities planned for purchase under the proposal.
Israel's agreement with Pfizer ensures that there will be no shortage of vaccines for 2021. Beyond the vaccines left in stock from the signed agreements, Pfizer has pledged to meet any additional supplies to Israel by the end of the year.
