Occupied Jerusalem - SANA
The Supreme Committee for Churches Affairs in Occupied Palestine affirmed that the Palestinian people are steadfast on their land despite all the practices and violations committed by the Israeli occupation forces to impose a new reality and end the Palestinian presence, especially in occupied Jerusalem, which suffers from the threat of ethnic cleansing and Judaization.
The committee said in a statement today on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of Earth Day, reported by Wafa Agency, that Land Day is a story of the steadfastness, persistence and struggle of the Palestinian people who have struggled for years and faced the harshest conditions in defense of every grain of their land.
The committee stressed that the occupation practices in the land of the State of Palestine, especially in the city of Jerusalem, are null under the provisions of international law and resolutions of international legitimacy, and that the international community and the churches of the world must take decisive measures to stop occupation crimes against the Palestinians, their land and their sanctities.
