At dusk this Monday (March 29), officers from the Customs Narcotics Investigation Bureau went to Saigon to conduct an anti-drug operation. During this period, they intercepted a 25-year-old man who looked suspiciously and found 2.2 kilograms of suspicion in his two hand drawn paper bags.
