US President Joe Biden announced an infrastructure plan that he described as "bold" and that includes topics such as transportation, housing, healthcare and innovation.
Biden said the plan is not aimed at Wall Street but at workers and the middle class.
According to Biden, his infrastructure plan consists of two parts, the first focused on jobs, which he elaborated on in this conference.
The president said that in the following weeks he will talk about the second part regarding the economic development of families.
