If the incidence is over 100, the emergency brake applies with strict corona rules in the affected districts.

You can find a summary of all measures here.

Munich - The nationwide 7-day incidence rose to 134.4 on Monday, March 29 - the previous day, according to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the value was 129.7, a week ago it was 107 The rising trend is also reflected in the Corona rules: As the federal government decided at the beginning of March, the so-called "emergency brake" automatically applies when an incidence of 100 is exceeded.

In some federal states, however, this automatism is not fully implemented.

In all Bavarian districts and cities with an incidence of over 100, however, the emergency brake applies without exception, with which numerous easing measures are withdrawn.

However, it does not apply immediately on the day on which the Robert Koch Institute reports that the 100 value has been exceeded.

The value must be over 100 on three consecutive days, then the authority concerned officially announces this, and only then do the new rules apply the next day.

Corona emergency brake: These rules apply to an incidence over 100 in Bavaria

In Bavaria, according to the RKI (as of Monday, March 29, 12:30 p.m.), 69 districts and cities exceeded the 7-day incidence of 100.

It could soon be the case in the Bavarian capital of Munich, too, with the incidence value of 97.3 just below the decisive mark.

What aggravations with the emergency brake in the coronavirus pandemic *

Curfew:

It then applies between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Only contact-free sport with your own flatmates or a person from another household is allowed.

Schools:

Whether and how they will reopen after the holidays will be decided on April 9th.

If the incidence remains above 100, all pupils are in distance learning, with the exception of final grades, Q11 at grammar school, 11th grade FOS and 4th grade in primary schools and support centers.

Here, however, only students who tested negative are allowed to take part in face-to-face classes.

Retirement and nursing homes:

From a value of 100, the employees must be tested on at least two days a week.

Open-air

playgrounds

remain open, but only for children when accompanied by an adult.

Gastronomy:

Further openings were suspended until the end of the Easter holidays (April 11th).

The delivery and delivery of food and beverages is still permitted.

Swimming pools, brothels, arcades, clubs and discos

are still closed.

Corona incidence over 100 - this is how individual counties and cities could avoid the emergency brake

Possible exception:

With one scenario, districts and cities in Germany could circumvent the tightening of the rules to contain the coronavirus: namely, if they are selected by the Bavarian Ministry of Health as a model municipality, individual areas of public life after Easter could have a strict test and hygiene concept for open for a period of 14 days.

The decision on this will be made for Munich, for example, at the beginning of this week.

Merkur.de has summarized the current figures in Germany and its neighboring countries here.

There could soon be another curfew in Munich * - Bavaria's Prime Minister Markus Söder had previously spoken out in favor of tough enforcement of the emergency brake.

Merkur.de summarized a review of the districts with an incidence of over 100 on Monday, March 22, on the day of the most recent Corona summit.
