2021-03-31T18:07:32.288Z

Amandine is accused of having ordered the assassination of the father of her son, in Seine-Saint-Denis in 2017. She had confessed in police custody,

“I deserve to be in jail.

On the second day of her trial at the Seine-Saint-Denis assizes for trying to have her violent ex-spouse killed, Amandine S. repeated this sentence like a mantra.

She spoke of her "guilt" of having "dragged her family into [her] suffering", and her pain of being deprived of her son, whom she only sees twice a month in the visiting room.

But she did not say a word to her ex, Jimmy C., who emerged severely disabled from this assassination attempt.

In August 2017, after a dinner at the restaurant, Amandine took Jimmy and their 3-year-old son for a walk in the forest of Bondy (Seine-Saint-Denis).

There, a black-clad bicycle shooter opened fire on Jimmy.

In police custody, Amandine had ended up admitting to having ordered the assassination of the one whose “influence” and “violence” she had described, in order to “be able to live, or simply relive”.

A kitchen knife to my throat

Between Amandine and Jimmy, everything had started well.

They met in July 2010 at their workplace in Noisiel (Seine-et-Marne).

The 23-year-old teleoperator is very quickly seduced by the “reassuring” image of this handsome young man with a massive build.

At first, they hide their connection from their colleagues.

Six months later, Jimmy leaves his official partner and settles down with Amandine.

They form a rather “accomplice” couple, explains to the bar the personality investigator responsible for painting the portrait of the accused.

But Jimmy can be "impulsive" and fall into "verbal abuse", "insults".

Coming home from a party, a year after their meeting, he hits her for the first time in the face.

“He told me it was my fault, so I apologized.

I was madly in love, ”Amandine told the personality investigator.

Jimmy, "aware of having an influence on her," would take advantage of his wife's resources to provide herself with narcotics.

Violence is becoming more and more frequent.

"There are slaps, hair pulls, punches and kicks", lists the investigator.

The young woman says she was once "threatened with a kitchen knife to her throat".

His companion, who shows himself to be "very sociable" on the outside, would then isolate his companion.

Amandine hides this violence from her family, who occasionally notices bruises.

She gets pregnant, he asks her to have an abortion

In 2013, when their relationship is in decline, Amandine becomes pregnant.

He does not feel ready to have a child.

He asks her to have an abortion.

“For once, I opposed him.

I kept it, ”says Amandine from the box, her thick brown hair tied in a braid falling over a white tunic.

She files a first handrail for domestic violence;

she will drop four in total.

She wants to leave him, he is against it.

"I'm going to smash you, I'm going to kill you," he reportedly threatened.

She files a first complaint, before withdrawing it.

But the prosecution still decides to prosecute Jimmy, who is sentenced to an awareness training course.

Amandine says she was harassed after the breakup

One night in April 2015, Jimmy allegedly hit his partner because she refused him sex.

The latter then decides to leave him.

This is the start, according to the young woman, of a long period of harassment.

"He is invasive and insistent," reports the investigator.

He “often” follows her to her new home.

He "invites himself, threatens to send his new companion through the window if she rebuilds her life".

The following year, Jimmy would have kidnapped Amandine.

In front of a witness, he kicks in the door of his apartment and violates it.

David, who was then Amandine's new companion, remembers having taken in the young woman "in stress", "trembling", after being "escorted by the police".

This portrait of Jimmy, described by the personality investigator, made Me Francis Szpiner, one of the civil party lawyers, jump.

“I remind you that you do not work as a police investigator.

You based your report solely on the declarations of Amandine and her entourage, ”he insisted.
