They offer support to daughters of a dead Salvadoran in Tulum 1:59
(CNN Spanish) ––
The Quintana Roo Prosecutor's Office reported this Tuesday the arrest of a man suspected of sexually abusing his stepdaughter, who is the youngest daughter of Victoria Salazar, a Salvadoran woman who died this weekend in Tulum, during a police procedure.
Through a statement, the Prosecutor's Office says that the man pointed out that he was a sentimental partner of Salazar.
The entity added that he had already been transferred to the Public Ministry, where he was accused of crimes against sexual freedom and security.
It is unknown if the detainee has a defense and how he declares himself in the face of these accusations.
The President of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, again referred to the case.
And he remembered that he had anticipated that there were more aggressors and victims in this story.

The Prosecutor's Office also reported, this time on his Twitter account, that Victoria Salazar's eldest daughter appeared "voluntarily" at the offices of the Public Ministry.
Authorities issued an Amber alert on Tuesday night asking for the 16-year-old's location.
On the other hand, the four former police officers accused of the femicide requested an extension of the term during a hearing.
Thus, they are expected to remain in preventive detention at least until Saturday, when this period expires.

Victoria Salazar's death caused outrage in both Mexico and El Salvador.
Especially after a video was disseminated on social networks where it is seen how she is subdued by a uniformed woman, then she remains immobile and they put her on a patrol.
