ANALYSIS - A report commissioned by Boris Johnson's government on racial and ethnic disparities, released on Wednesday, sparked an outcry from anti-racist associations and activists.

"model for other countries whose population is predominantly white".

The report acknowledges that the problem persists but notes that most of the social inequalities
