Lethal shooting attack in California:
Four people, including a child, were killed by gunfire in Orange County, California, after an armed man opened fire on a mall.
Fox News reported that the shooter was arrested and another man was seriously injured in the shooting.
Local police reported that the suspect fired at police officers before arresting him.
The motive for the shooting is still unclear.
It was also reported that the building where the shooting took place is used as offices for several companies.
A video circulated on his social network, apparently taken outside the building, showed several police officers collecting weapons from the scene of the incident and leading two handcuffed men out of the building.
In a separate incident in Washington, D.C., two mothers of children were killed in a shooting incident apparently related to criminal activity in one of the city's eastern neighborhoods.
