Großhartpenning may soon grow a bit.

The Holzkirchen construction committee is setting the course so that five single-family houses can be built on the outskirts.

Holzkirchen

- Several new single-family houses are planned on the outskirts of Großhartpenning on Piesenkamer Strasse.

The building committee is now paving the way for this request: In its most recent meeting, the committee decided to expand the development plan 105 for the area on Tölzer Strasse by the five plots concerned, thereby creating building rights for all.

The areas are on the outskirts of Großhartpenning, south of Tölzer Strasse and east of Piesenkamer Strasse, through which four of the planned parcels are also to be developed.

In the opinion of the District Office, building rights already exist on two of the properties because they are to be assigned to the interior area.

The owners had inherited and now wanted to create living space for themselves, explained Mayor Christoph Schmid (CSU) in the building committee.

Two further plots and a neighboring area of another owner, who has also registered a building request in the meantime, are, however, in the outdoor area.

In order to create building rights there, the market town must first add them to the development plan.

Jessica Schröder from the building authority administration explained that none of the building buyers follow “grandiose floor plans”.

In doing so, she dispelled any concerns about the appearance of large hard pennings.

The owners each imagine a new single-family house with a granny flat in the local architectural style and a floor space that blends in with the existing structure.

Martin Taubenberger (FWG) welcomed the builders' plans.

“If locals are lucky enough to inherit, then you can do that,” he said.

And Schmid also emphasized that he wanted the next generation of Holzkirchner to be able to live here.

The building committee initiated the change to the development plan with a unanimous decision.
