A quality issue delays the production of some doses of Johnson & Johnson's COVID-19 vaccine.
The drugmaker said it found the flaw in a Baltimore plant that is helping manufacture the vaccine.
According to the newspaper The New York Times, workers at the plant had accidentally mixed some of the drug's ingredients, ruining up to 15 million doses.
