The Minister of Industry was briefed on the reality of work in the Al-Jaja Shoe Industry Company, whose director Imad Al-Jaja explained that the company is specialized in producing various types of leather, professional and sports shoes that are distinguished by their quality and are being marketed in the local and foreign market, pointing out that despite the obstacles facing the industry and securing raw materials, fuel and electricity However, the Syrian industry is still strongly present locally and abroad.

In the Cajun Industry and Trade Company, its manager, Ayman Cajun, explained that Hama, who is well-known in the shoe industry and its facilities, has a long history in this field, calling for overcoming the obstacles facing industrialists, especially those related to securing raw materials, price fluctuations, securing fuels and providing electricity.

The Minister of Industry also inspected the production lines of the National Food Company specialized in the manufacture of cheeses and dairy products of all kinds, where Dr. Muhammad Kabawi, the Quality Supervisor in charge of production, stated that the production capacity ranges between 10 and 12 tons of milk per day and it produces multiple varieties of dairy and cheese, pointing out that despite The conditions of the terrorist war imposed on Syria and the accompanying economic blockade, but the company continued to operate during the years of the war and contributed to securing the need for the local market as well as exporting to various countries of the world to confirm that the Syrian industry began to recover and break and defy all unjust sanctions.

He also briefed the Minister of Industry about the reality of the work of the Naiyir Hama Company for the manufacture of plastic burlap bags and the Al-Noor Foundation for the Industry of Vegetable Oils. He listened to Dr. Ibrahim Mawsali Kurdi, Director General, about the reality of the institution, which was established ten years ago and works in the production of vegetable oils and ghee and produces sunflower, corn, soy and vegetable oils And a practical capacity between 300 and 400 tons per day.

The Minister of Industry also inspected the reality of work in United Pharma for Pharmaceutical Industries, which owns 3 lines for the production of tablets, capsules and sprays and produces about 46 medicinal items.

In turn, Eng. Muhammad Tariq Krishati, Governor of Hama, said that what distinguishes the industrial establishments in Hama is their application of quality standards, which is reflected in the quality of the product, noting the endeavor to establish an industrial city worthy of these industries that characterize Hama by virtue of its middle geographical location between the various governorates.
