The judges ruled: Netanyahu will appear in the opening remarks on Monday, but is exempt from the testimony of the former Walla CEO

The Jerusalem District Court dismissed the prime minister from appearing on Ilan Yeshua's testimony, but clarified that he must appear for the first part of the hearing, which will include the opening remarks of the prosecution.

The Jerusalem District Court today (Thursday) fired Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from appearing at the testimony of former Walla CEO Ilan Yeshua, but clarified that he must appear on Monday for the first part of the hearing, which will include the opening remarks of the prosecution.
