An assault on the police occurred in Yau Ma Tei.
At about 4 am today (3rd), when police officers patrolled the junction of Jordan Road and Nathan Road, they found a man who was acting suspiciously. He was willing to cooperate and was even more emotionally kicked and kicked at a male policeman. When the other male police saw this, he immediately stepped forward to subdue the suspect. During the entanglement, all three were injured.
After police investigation, the man named Li (41 years old) was arrested on suspicion of "assaulting a policeman" and "failed to produce identification documents" and was handed over to the Criminal Investigation Team of Yau Tsim Police District for follow-up.
Li Nan was injured in the mouth; two male policemen sustained injuries to hands and feet, and the three were sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
