The next edition of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games will be attended by Mexico, after Donovan Carrillo became the first Mexican athlete to qualify for the winter tournament, the country's Olympic Committee reported.
The young man will represent Mexico in figure skating on ice, a discipline that had not had Mexican representation for 30 years, when Ricardo Olavarrieta participated in the Calgary 1988 and Albertville 1992 Winter Olympics.
