The smell of gas in the basement scared residents out of the fox arch on Thursday evening.
But the cause turned out to be harmless.
Nevertheless, the fire brigade caused a stir.
Because he was near the vaccination center.
Fürstenfeldbruck
- At around 8:20 p.m., the Bruck fire brigade received the gas alarm.
The fire helpers and the district fire inspection moved out with around 20 emergency services and six vehicles.
The three residents of the house were evacuated and allowed to warm up in the ambulance while the fire helpers went into the basement.
And they could soon breathe a sigh of relief.
Neither the fire brigade nor the gas supplier who had been summoned found leaking gas.
"It turned out to be a smell from the sewer system," explains city fire inspector Michael Ott.
It is not always possible to distinguish between them.
During the operation, the road had to be closed for a while.
The people who wanted to go to the vaccination center also noticed this.
But there were no major disabilities, reports Ott.
You could drive around outside.
