Today, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it had detected fifty foreign spy planes near the borders of Russia during the past week and prevented them from violating Russian airspace.
The Krasnaya Zvezda newspaper, speaking for the Russian Defense Ministry, said in a report that Russian radars detected 37 spy planes and 13 foreign drones that were conducting air reconnaissance flights along the Russian border during the past week, noting that the air defense forces "did not allow these aircraft to violate the country's airspace." .
In recent times, flights of foreign spy planes and drones have increased near the Russian border, especially in the regions of Crimea, Krasnodar, and the area adjacent to the western border of the country, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
