Sources in the political system angrily told Israel Today that the religious Zionist announcement that the party would not agree in any way to sitting in a government with the support, even from outside, of RAAM, headed by MK Mansour Abbas, effectively thwarted the almost only practical possibility for the government Led by Benjamin Netanyahu: "He has no way of forming a government, only led by Bennett. That is the truth at the moment."

By the end of the evening (Saturday), the chairman of the right, MK Naftali Bennett, is expected to hold another meeting out of two strategic meetings that will decide what our next government will look like, and whether we will go to the fifth election again.

Bennett met yesterday, for the first time since the election results, with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The meeting was held in Netanyahu's office and lasted three hours.

During the meeting, the chairman of the right asked for a rotation for the position of prime minister in which he will serve first, and pledged for his part to add Gideon Saar, who will support the coalition from outside.

Bennett's tenure as the first in the rotation will allow Saar to join the coalition, so that he does not look like he returned to sit under Netanyahu and broke his main election promise on the one hand, and on the other hand will overcome the possibility of the High Court ordering Netanyahu to resign because he is not prime minister. The coalition has issued a special escalation order to ensure that Netanyahu can remain in the deputy prime minister's office without court intervention.

However, it is not clear how it will be ensured that Saar will continue to support the outside coalition when Netanyahu returns to the prime minister's office, and therefore the meeting ended without a conclusion.

The chairman of the right will meet tonight with the chairman of Yesh Atid, MK Yair Lapid, in the central region, but he is not expected to recommend him to the prime minister. During the meeting between the two, Lapid is expected to offer Bennett the mandate to form a government in exchange for not Will go with Netanyahu under any circumstances. Chairman Yesh Atid does not bring a coordinated proposal on behalf of any bloc of Netanyahu's opponents, but he does coordinate with MK Avigdor Lieberman, chairman of Yisrael Beiteinu.

Israel now has three options for forming a government.

The first is a right-wing minority government of 59 members with a rotation between Netanyahu and Bennett, which will be the first of the two, which will receive outside support of a new hope and will have members from the Likud, the ultra-Orthodox, the right and religious Zionism.

The second option is the one in which a center-right government of 67 MKs will be formed, with ultra-Orthodox members, religious Zionism, the right, a new hope, Yisrael Beiteinu, Yesh Atid and blue and white.

Under the third option, a center-left minority government of 57 seats of right-wing, new hope, Labor, blue and white, Meretz, may have a future and outside support of RAAM.

If all these options fail, Israel will go to the fifth election in a short time.

On Monday, the various factions will present to President Reuven Rivlin their recommendations regarding the prime ministerial candidate.

He is expected to be given the mandate to form a government two days later.
