Contacting the police during the persecution
This was observed by two witnesses, a 36-year-old woman from Tölz and a 46-year-old from Reichersbeurer who, according to the police, ran after the fugitive to the old station square “in full sprint”.
They kept their distance and kept in contact with the Tölz police by telephone.
Their officers and members of the operational task force were finally able to arrest the thief without resistance.
He is brought before the judge.
