The World Theater Day celebration held by the Artists Syndicate branch in Homs concluded with the theatrical performance “Lorca Women” on the stage of the House of Culture in Medina.

Regarding the show, which was first presented on the 22nd of last March as the first of the works of the national theater in the governorate shortly after its creation, its director, Hussein Nasser, explained the synthesis that he created for the presentation of "Lorca Women" by collecting a number of Lorca's main characters from his three plays "The House of Bernarda Alba"

And “Blood Wedding” and “Spinster Rosita” to form among them his presentation in which he sheds light on the reality of women in Spain in the thirties of the last century and its similarity to what affects women in our societies of domination and oppression indicating that the character of the Persians in his presentation was an indication of these women’s desire for emancipation and freedom. .
