Netanyahu will enter a crucial debate this week regarding Israel's response to the investigation in The Hague
The hearing, with the participation of defense ministers, foreign ministers and other senior officials, was intended to decide how to respond to the letter sent by the plaintiff to the International Criminal Court for Israel and the Palestinians, to which Israel must respond by April 9.
The hearing will take place against the background of the US decision to remove the sanctions imposed on the tribunal by the Trump administration

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will enter a hearing on the investigation at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, with the participation of defense and foreign ministers and other senior officials.
The hearing is intended to decide how to respond to the letter sent by the plaintiff in court, Pato Bensuda, to Israel and the Palestinians.
Israel must respond to the letter by Friday, April 9.
The hearing will also take place against the background of the United States' decision to remove the sanctions imposed on the tribunal by the Trump administration.
This is the first significant policy discussion that Netanyahu has been conducting on the issue since the plaintiff's decision to open an investigation against Israel.
